3. Returns & Refunds Policy

1. 30-DAY RETURN WINDOW
We offer a 30-day return window starting from the date of confirmed delivery. To qualify, items must be in unused condition with original packaging, tags, and labels intact where applicable.

2. AUTHORIZATION PROTOCOL
To initiate a return, you must contact service@blueland.ink. Please contact us before sending any product back so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions.

3. LOGISTICS DISCREPANCIES
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours so that we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
